Stress management for the rest of us Keep everything as a parent or a teacher is time consuming a lot of time and stress-inducing work. We all know what we should do to manage stress and be healthy. . . . => Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. => Follow a regular, vigorous exercise program. => The 8 hours of sleep per night. => Managing our anger through clear communication. This is what we must do. But for those of us who have spare minutes not hours - here are some other suggestions! 1. Start with the facts. - Take a self-assessment and find that your stress level is really. You can take a free assessment to emphasize here. 2nd Set aside a few minutes every day for you. - Even 10 minutes of solitude, guided by images, or music can be very therapeutic when you feel overwhelmed by events. If you are unsure of how to get another good 10 minutes of your calendar, you may want to lea the art of doing nothing: simple ways to make time for you. 3rd Get Moving - I recommend an intensive fitness routine.
