The ugliness of low self-esteem How is life if we all felt like a million dollars for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We would never, ever feel that we woke up in a ditch full of low self-confidence, have the right energy to jump out of bed and answer the day with loads of enthusiasm and we know that will spend the day without worrying about any kind. The sun shines all day, with just enough wind to keep the body cool. Life is beautiful, oh so good. And if you are NOT a person trapped by low self-confidence, if it is not. Low self-confidence is a very unpleasant feature within us. It makes us feel low. We are losing faith in our actions and our dreams. It may also prevent us from moving forward in life with our relationship. It gives many bad negative thoughts to take possession of our minds. Some even try to escape the grip of emotions through the comfort of feeling at their eating habits. Some are beginning to trust the emotion that creates distrust in order to derail their thoughts, their setting for a tale of jealousy explosions. We start to act selfish, always thinking that every action is for us in a negative or that we are the butt end of the bar when you see people laughing and it happens to look our way. We believe that we are confronted with others. We believe that we can never do anything right. We see negative in every word they say about us. We want to share our pain and loneliness, so that all around us may feel sad. We have become habitual riders on a roller coaster of self-pity. We want to be the only person in the world, with all good qualities. We want our partners to see that we are only us and the desire. We want our partner to have fun when we are around them. We do not allow us to have fun, so allow our selfish habits, lack of confidence in our booth as well. Notice all the week-end `s in this paragraph. Our negative trap works well, isn `t it? The trap of low self-confidence is what will trigger the bottom of our emotions such as: low self-esteem, low energy, low sexual desire, positive thinking low, low in the care of personal hygiene passions in life .
