Women's Commission Rule United
Women's Commission Rule United Every day decisions are made that affect our lives or businesses. The men and women who occupy the same space in American society, the "glass ceiling is cracked open. Man and nature always wants to conquer and dominate, but women arrived on the scene with all the force and a different style that at times men is difficult to understand. Women tend to deal with the matter in hand in search of a sequential series of maneuvers which will result in a win / win situation. Communicate differently and because they tend to be very different when it comes to making decisions? What causes men to want to conquer women and the need for order and sequence? My uncle gave me a funny the other day, an example of how people see the thought pattes of women in decision making. I thought that this idea was a great example of the conquest of men and women in search of the sequence and order before you tackle the issue at hand. This is what I had to say: "Men of action generally. Empire of women committee. For example: man goes on the hill, up the hill. Women see the hills, form discussion group, provides hill climbing committee votes to ascend the hill of equipment, programs on the promotion, control of rain fall charts, conducts studies to identify the best route to send explorers, and much, much much, much later ... Finally, climb the hill. "So what's the answer to our differences? Part of the answer lies in the fact that they were bo different chemically and the other part of the mystery was solved when the environmental factors that have been raised in. Chemistry and the environment have much to do with our communication skills and how to take le decisioni . We base our communication and decision making of most subconscious mind, that 83% of our shares. Our subconscious mind is not only our system of values, the beliefs we have about ourselves. Leaing to celebrate our differences can help to bridge the gap that has both sexes at a distance and to avoid the frustrations that can occur in a relationship of any type, if the head / employee, contractor, or life partner. Leaing to understand the language of others through the study and observation of each party to better understand those around us. Copyright 2005 Jaci Rae
