Self Defense Know before you need
Self Defense Know before you need Last year I came home to find my back door hinges hanging. The wooden frame around the door was Busted, pieces of wood scattered on the floor of the laundry. I stopped at the door, not before that I was the victim of a break-in. Fear that the execution at dawn, I pressed the camera and ran to the phone. A police officer arrived shortly after I called and I at home, and under the control cabinets beds when the intruder is still at home. Each time, he opened a cabinet, I fell again, hoping that nobody comes to exploding. It was then I realized it was completely defenseless against any sort of personal attack. I felt useless and decided to do something. I searched the Inteet, looking for a course of self-defense. My specific needs. I wanted a class of adults, not children. I wanted a course that meets the needs of a woman who has lived, traveled and often alone. I had financial limitations. While security is important, I do not have a lot of disposable income! Initially, my research has given a lot of classes that have not responded to my needs. I found many schools of martial arts that seemed interesting, but necessary, a year of commitment and payment, or requests to participate in competitions. I held research, knowing that I can find something to satisfy my needs. My research has not been in vain, I found a school suitable for me and met my requirements. A little over a year later, I can not imagine how I survived without knowing how to defend myself. He gave me a new life. I travel armed with a new awareness and confidence. So that he could not get out of every situation, but I am not a victim, I was. I urge every woman to take a course in self defense. Before you try a course, I suggest you make a list of what you're looking for in a class. Some questions you should consider are: - How long can you devote to training? - How much are you willing to pay for training? - What would you like to leave the classroom? - What class do you prefer? We live in a violent society. This is not something that we like to recognize, to hide, but this fact does not make us victims. To combat this phenomenon, we must be aware of our environment and able to defend ourselves. If you can not leave the situation, but you have an advantage if you can surprise the attacker. Un po 'knowledge is a long way. If you are attacked, be ready to fight!
