I found many schools of martial arts that seemed interesting, but necessary, a year of commitment and payment, or requests to participate in competitions. I held research, knowing that I can find something to satisfy my needs. My research has not been in vain, I found a school suitable for me and met my requirements. A little over a year later, I can not imagine how I survived without knowing how to defend myself. He gave me a new life. I travel armed with a new awareness and confidence. So that he could not get out of every situation, but I am not a victim, I was. I urge every woman to take a course in self defense. Before you try a course, I suggest you make a list of what you're looking for in a class. Some questions you should consider are: - How long can you devote to training? - How much are you willing to pay for training? - What would you like to leave the classroom? - What class do you prefer?
