As s Dinner If you go with a meal for the reception, catering more than likely have pre-menu instead of a marriage. But how do you choose? Or, if you want to have your wedding in a restaurant or you are about to make the food yourself, you can be an arduous task to understand what they are. First select a cuisine that you want to serve (cf. Is marriage in your future in the media section to find out your kitchen). Once you understand what kind of cuisine you want, how do you choose what to serve? Here are some tips on menu selection: the greek? Greek salad, Spanakopitas, dolmades (meat and rice, stuffed grape leaves), chicken or beef Souvlaki? s Japanese? Noodle soups, sushi, tempura shrimp, Stir-Fries Mexico? Tomato Salad, Black Bean Soup, tortilla chips, chicken or beef fajitas / burritos Enchiladas or India? Fresh Hummus and Pita Platter, samosas (stuffed and fried vegetables, chicken or tuover), Tabouli salad, chicken Tandoori Seafood? Cocktail shrimp, smoked salmon, steamed oysters, grilled rainbow trout Thailand? Hot & Sour Soup, fresh spring rolls, Pad Thai, chicken or shrimp Satays Italian? Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread, Minestrone Soup, the chicken parmigiana, of course, there are tons of other types of cuisine is available and you can always stick to basic principles, such as ribs or the roast beef dinner. You should also try to offer a vegetarian option and try to take into account whether any guests have allergies.
